Bring the Wild Beauty In! How I Came to Photograph Birds from North America to Australia

Speaker - David Cohen, is a writer and photographer whose work has appeared in books, magazines, newspapers, and online, from The Washington Post to Harvard Magazine to foresthillsconnection.com. Look for his wildlife photos at https://www.instagram.com/davidcohenphotodc/.

His career includes having served as the executive director of a coalition of national unions and a partner in a law firm. Born in Washington, DC, and a Forest Hills resident since 1962, David has volunteered with Northwest Neighbors Village since 2014 and served on its board.

This will be a 30-minute talk with slides and 30 minutes for discussion.
