Speaker: Shelley Tomkin - political activist, former Chair, Ward 3 Democrats, Professor of Political Science at Trinity University (ret), and author of Inside OMB: Politics and Process in the President's Budget Office (1998) - will discuss the financial health of the DC budget as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
