Since June 2016 Antonia has been leading a Chair yoga class for East Rock Creek Village which includes centering, stretching and balancing done sitting in a chair or standing next to it. Now is your opportunity to participate along with members of other DC Villages in a special introductory Chair Yoga class from 1pm to 2pm on Wednesday March 24^th.

• Find a chair with a high back and no wheels. Wear loose clothing and take off your shoes.
• No yoga experience is needed, everyone can participate!
• Zoom using the largest screen device you have - a tablet on a stand, a laptop, a desktop or on your TV screen
