Northwest Neighbors Village is hosting a vaccine clinic at Friendship Terrace (4201 Butterworth Place, NW). Covid, Flu, and RSV shots will be available. When you register, please let us know in the comments which shots you would like to receive.
Street parking is available. Note: Butterworth Place is on a hill.
Proof of medical insurance card, a photo ID, and Covid-19 vaccination card are required at the appointment. There will also be paperwork to fill out when you arrive. Please help us keep Friendship Terrace residents and staff healthy by wearing a mask when you enter their community.
The clinic will run from 10 am-3pm.
To make an appointment:
- Click the blue PURCHASE TICKETS button above. (Please note, this is a free clinic and there is no fee to "purchase tickets" for this event.)
- Once there, choose a time slot and click the "0" next to your preferred time. A drop down menu for that time slot will open and you can choose 1 or 2 at that time. If there is only 1 available at that time, "2" will not be listed as a choice. If there are no spots left at a particular time, the box to the left will be blank. (See image to the right).
