Speaker: Blair Hayes

Blair Hayes, author of 'Grace, Growth, and Gratitude,' will delve into the profound connection between gratitude and personal, as well as professional, growth. Discover how embracing gratitude can unlock your full potential, propel you toward success, and cultivate resilience in the face of challenges. Blair will share insights, strategies, and real-life anecdotes that highlight the immense power of gratitude. This discussion aims to leave you inspired and equipped with practical tools to cultivate a mindset of gratitude for lasting growth and success.

Blair Hayes, PhD is the CEO of 10th Chapter Consulting, LLC, a firm founded on the belief that creating inclusive organizational culture improves business outcomes and builds pathways to personal and organizational success. Blair is a speaker who motivates audiences to achieve personal and professional success built on a framework of gratitude. Additionally, he is a recognized thought leader in the fields of diversity, group dynamics, multicultural training, and equal employment opportunity practices. Prior to launching 10th Chapter Consulting, he spent over two decades as a Vice President, Chief Diversity Officer, and Ombudsman. He has worked with clients across the federal workforce, higher education, and the private sector to improve their human capital offerings related to diversity, culture, and EEO policies and procedures. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Morehouse College and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Temple University.

Blair is a DC native, raised in Chevy Chase, who attended Lafayette Elementary School and St. John's College High School. His parents Ed and Alice are long time NNV member/volunteers. He resides in Washington, DC, with his wife, two sons, and puppy.
