While Mayu is away for training, we will have a couple of guest leaders. This week, Beth Kaplan will lead the class.

This is an alignment-based chair yoga class which will focus on seated poses with a few standing poses. 

No mat or experience is required.

Mayu will guide the practice via Zoom.
