The author Noah Yuval Harari has called storytelling the superpower of our human species. If you have attended any NNV event, given a ride or have taken a ride from a volunteer, or had any interaction with NNV, we are sure that you have heard some amazing stories.
To take advantage of this valuable source of stories and wisdom, NNV is organizing small group meetings to share our life stories. Four participants will be given 10 minutes each to tell a story from their life experiences. The participants are encouraged to bring along a guest to listen to the stories. By sharing our stories, we will get to know each other and deepen our relationships.
The next meeting of Village Voices will meet on Tuesday, June 24th at 1pm at the Chevy Chase Library. If you are interested in participating in this small group meeting, please contact Leslie at [email protected].
Accessibility: The community room at the Chevy Chase Library is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator.
