Northwest Neighbors Village is hosting a vaccine clinic at Forest Hills of DC (4901 Connecticut Ave, NW). Flu, Covid, RSV, Shingles and Pneumovax shots will be available. (All vaccines will be those that are manufactured for older adults).

When you register, please let us know in the comments which shots you would like to receive.

Proof of medical insurance card and a photo ID are required at the appointment. Please plan to complete paperwork when you arrive.

Public Transportation: Forest Hills of DC is served by the D70 bus line.

Parking: Free parking in the FHDC parking lot or street parking.

Attendance: If you have signed up to receive a shot and find you are no longer available, please email or call the office (202-935-6060) to let us know so we can offer your space to another person.

NNV Full Members: Rides should be requested by Monday, October 20th.
