Northwest Neighbors Village is partnering with Chevy Chase Community Association for an informative program on home care. A panel of local experts will introduce various home care options available, such as hourly and live-in care, care management and companion models, and respite. Explore methods to pay for home care, including long-term care insurance, Medicare-covered respite care, the Elderly and Persons with Physical Disabilities (EPD) Waiver Program, and home care funded by local Area Agencies on Aging and the Veteran’s Administration.
