Muchas Gracias! began as a pop-up in response to our community’s needs through the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our efforts lied in supporting Latin American immigrant workers through food and economic support and in providing our neighborhood with essential products.

Join other NNV members and volunteers for lunch at Muchas Gracias in Chevy Chase DC (in the same block as Politics & Prose). A celebration of Mexican regional cuisine! Price range - $15-$30.

Rides: Full members - Remember to request volunteer rides at least 3 days in advance.
Parking: There is a free parking lot behind the restaurant - enter off Nebraska or 36th St). (Combined parking for all the businesses on the block).
Public Transportation: Muchas Gracias is served by the D70 bus on Connecticut and the C81 bus, C85 bus, and C87 bus on Nebraska Avenue.
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible from the front (Connecticut Ave side). There are 7 or 8 steps with railings from the parking lot entrance.

To ensure that no one is left out of our Village programs because of their financial circumstances, subsidized full members who would like to participate in any of the lunches, but would find it a financial hardship to do so, should contact the office at [email protected] or 202-935-6060.
