Northwest Neighbors Village is hosting a vaccine clinic. Flu, Covid, RSV, Shingles and Pneumovax shots will be available. (All vaccines will be those that are manufactured for older adults).
When you register, please let us know in the comments which shots you would like to receive.
Proof of medical insurance card and a photo ID are required at the appointment. Please plan to complete paperwork when you arrive.

Location: The vaccine clinic will be held at the NNV space inside Chevy Chase Presbyterian Church at 1 Chevy Chase Circle. Enter through the parking lot on Oliver Street. Full directions are available on our website.
Parking: Limited parking is available in the lot. Street parking is also available on Oliver Street.
Public Transportation: 1 Chevy Chase Circle is served by the D70 bus on Connecticut Avenue and the Montgomery County Ride on Bus route 1 on Western Avenue.
Accessibility: This location is accessible.
Attendance: If you have signed up to receive a shot and find you are no longer available, please email or call the office (202-935-6060) to let us know so we can offer your space to another person.
NNV Full Members: Rides should be requested by Monday, October 20th.
