Lizst by Litzelman. The Arts Council of Metropolitan Memorial United Methodist Church will present a free multi-media lecture/recital by pianist James Litzelman on Sunday, January 26 at 3 p.m. The Hungarian composer Franz Liszt is not especially known for his religiously inspired music, but this concert will focus on just that (e.g. "St. Francis Bird Sermon), using video and slides as well as piano music.
The 3 p.m. concert will be followed by a reception and the opening of a photography show. No charge.
